We ship worldwide. Every order is fully tracked and you'll receive your tracking information by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Processing time: Please allow 3–7 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. During busy periods such as wedding season and Eid, processing may take up to 14 working days. We'll always keep you informed.

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

🇬🇧 UK — 5–7 working days

🇪🇺 Europe — 7–10working days

🌍 North America & Australia — 10–14 working days

🌐 Rest of World — 10–14 working days

Express delivery is available on request — contact us before placing your order.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates and we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

Important: Please double check your delivery address before placing your order. Once your order has been dispatched, Chic Dhaqan & Co cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrectly entered address.

If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated timeframe, please check with your local post office or courier before contacting us.

 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love what you receive. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.

Standard Items

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and free from perfume or odours.

We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases. Exchanges only.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

All custom made, bespoke, and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This includes any item made to your specific colour, fabric, or size requirements. These items are excluded from our standard returns policy.

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered items are non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and production has begun.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

How to Request a Return

1.⁠ ⁠Email us at info@chicdhaqanandco.com within 14 days of receiving your order

2.⁠ ⁠Include your order number, reason for return, and photos where applicable

3.⁠ ⁠Wait for approval from our team before sending anything back

4.⁠ ⁠Once approved, send your item to the address provided within 7 days

5.⁠ ⁠Return postage is the responsibility of the customer

Please use standard postal services for returns. We are not able to accept returns sent via DHL, UPS, or FedEx as these incur customs charges.

Please email your return tracking number once posted.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

CUSTOM & BESPOKE ORDERS

Our custom design service is available for Bridal Diraac. Every bespoke piece is handcrafted to your specifications.

Full payment is required upfront to secure your custom order and begin production.

Please allow 6 weeks for delivery from the date of payment and order confirmation.

As all custom pieces are made exclusively for you, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once payment has been made and production has begun. We work closely with you throughout the process to ensure every detail is exactly as you envisioned.

To place a custom order, contact us via WhatsApp or email and we'll guide you through the process.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES

​

For orders outside the UK, please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, and local charges may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are set by your local government and are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. Chic Dhaqan & Co has no control over these fees and they will not be refunded.

We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing your order.
